This page explains what Quell collects when you use this website and what we do with it. It is separate from the confidentiality of your sessions, which your clinician explains in your first one.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like us to reach you, and your message. Please leave out medical details. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us.

How we use it

To reply to you and to find a time to talk. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We do not sell your information.

What this site does not do

This site has no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or embedded scheduler, and it sets no tracking cookies.

Email and messages

Email and text messages are not a private channel, and we cannot promise that anyone else will not read them. For anything urgent, call us.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your contact details if we are not treating you.
