“I could come between feeds, and nobody minded when the baby came along on video.”
Our services
Therapy for pregnancy, birth and the first year
Each service is shaped around you and your week. We name the method, say what a session is like and leave the pace to you.

During pregnancy
One-on-one sessions for the worry, the planning and the changes that come before the baby arrives. Cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness skills, explained before we use them.
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Weekly or every other week
In person or by video
50-minute sessions

After the birth
Sessions that fit around feeds and naps, with the baby welcome. We look at sleep, support and what you want the days to feel like.
Interpersonal therapy
Weekly or every other week
In person or by video
50-minute sessions

For partners and couples
Time for the other parent to talk about how they are, on their own or as a couple. Couples sessions focus on talking when you are tired and on sharing the work.
Communication and problem-solving skills
Weekly or every other week
In person or by video
75-minute couples sessions

After a loss
Steady company after a pregnancy loss or the loss of a baby. There is no set pace, no set number of sessions, and you decide how much to say.
Grief-informed talk therapy
As often as helps
In person or by video
50-minute sessions

After a difficult birth
A place to talk about a birth that did not go as you hoped, in the order you choose and without being asked to retell more than you want to.
Trauma-informed talk therapy
Weekly or every other week
In person or by video
50-minute sessions

Becoming a parent
Work, identity and relationships all shift at once. We help you take stock of what has changed and what you want to keep.
Mindfulness skills
Weekly or every other week
In person or by video
50-minute sessions
Before you book
What sessions are, and are not
Three things worth knowing, whichever service you choose.
01A conversation, not an exam
Nobody is graded here, and nothing you say has to be tidy.
02Not a substitute for your doctor or midwife
We work alongside them. For anything medical, ask them first.
03Not a set number of sessions
How long you come is a decision you make with your clinician, and you can stop whenever you choose.
